The Lead Dashboard

As a jumping-off point for your activity in the rest of the AIMcrm lead management system, the dashboard provides a snapshot of the CRM software activity since your last login. Get a "big picture" of which items must be tackled first by selecting from a list of 18 modules. Simultaneously view 6 modules of data.

Dashboard modules include:

• Upcoming Tasks View a list of your forthcoming tasks by choosing this module. Tasks are listed, providing information such as contact name, start time, end time, and priority.
• Neglected Leads Which leads are being neglected? Determine the pace at which the Lead Attention Meter, displays a lead as Neglected. This at-a-glance, visual cue is invaluable for people who want to spend more time selling and less time dealing with software.
• Campaign Chart In the last seven days, this module shows a graph of how many leads entered the system from each campaign.
• Recently Captured Leads The recently captured module will display the newest leads in real time. Depending on permissions determined by the administrator of your account, users are able to view unassigned leads, leads assigned to other users, or only their own leads.
• Recently Created Open Cases This module displays a list of the most recent support tickets in real time. If your system does not provide support for others, this module will be unnecessary.
• Recently Modified Leads This module displays the leads that have most recently been changed within the AIMcrm system. The nature of the change is also listed.
• Recently Entered Notes This module displays which leads have had notes entered most recently. The content of each note is visible in the module.
• Recently Viewed Leads View the last 10 leads whose profile has been altered in the database by the AIMcrm user.
• News and Announcements This module is a feed of AIMcrm News and Notifications. New features, future upgrades, and other important AIMcrm information is displayed here.
• All Substatus Chart This module displays a chart which displays the number of leads with each substatus. The custom Substatuses created in the set up phase are depicted in the graph for your system.
• All Substatus Report For those who prefer to view the information in list form, this module provides a list of how many leads from the last seven days fall into each substatus. All custom Substatuses are included in this module.
• Open Lead Substatus Chart With this module, users can view a simple graph that shows where each lead is in your pipeline.
• Open Lead Substatus Report During the customization process of your account, a list of Substatuses will be created according to the specific process of your business. With this module, users can view a list of how many open leads from the last seven days fall into each substatus. This is a quick way to tell where each open lead is in your pipeline.
• Non-qual Lead Substatus Chart This module provides a graph of how many non qualified leads from the last seven days fall into each of the Substatuses that you created.
• Non-qual Lead Substatus Report This module provides a list of how many non qualified leads from the last seven days fall into each of the Substatuses that you created.
• Lost Lead Substatus Chart This module provides a graph of how many lost leads from the last seven days fall into each of the Substatuses that you created.
• Won Lead Substatus Chart This module provides a graph of how many won leads from the last seven days fall into each of the Substatuses that you created.
• Won Lead Substatus Report This module provides a list of how many won leads from the last seven days fall into each of the Substatuses that you created.
• RSS Feeds This module allows you and your any of your users to view custom configured RSS feeds right on the dashboard.
