Leads can be distributed throughout your organization in an almost unlimited number of ways. This added functionality helps you ensure that your precious and valuable leads are followed up, generating as many new sales as possible. As new leads are received by your AIMcrm lead management database, they’ll be designated as “Unassigned” by default. During the initial customization phase, you’ll have the option to determine which users have permission to access unassigned leads, or have new leads assigned automatically to a preferred sales representative based on specific lead criteria. When working the Lead List, you’ll also be able to choose from a number of actions that determine the direction that lead takes.

Opt for Automatic Round Robin Distribution

In order to evenly distribute leads, it’s possible to configure a “round-robin” lead distribution method. When a lead comes into your system, it can automatically be assigned to the next person in a queue within your organization, the next user in the next group in a queue, To the next “logged in” user, or to the next user in a queue within your organization. “Round-robin” lead distribution within AIMcrm makes equal lead distribution effortless.
