Leads can be distributed throughout your organization in an almost unlimited number of ways. This added functionality helps you ensure that your precious and valuable leads are followed up, generating as many new sales as possible. As new leads are received by your AIMcrm lead management database, they’ll be designated as "Unassigned" by default. During the initial customization phase, you’ll have the option to determine which users have permission to access unassigned leads, or have new leads assigned automatically to a preferred sales representative based on specific lead criteria. When working the Lead List, you’ll also be able to choose from a number of actions that determine the direction that lead takes.
