Custom fields are the key to the versatility of AIMcrm. Creating one is easy (no really, it is!) and any field can be used over and over again when creating a form. All you have to do is choose from a list of fields you’d like to include by clicking the box to the left of each. A preview is displayed and you have the opportunity to change your mind about the order in which the fields are displayed before it is saved. Even later, any form (or field) can always be edited. Additionally, when information is entered into a field, it’s there to stay until it is changed. For you this means that when a piece of information has been stored in a field, it’ll continue to appear in every form in which that particular field is used.
Organizations use forms for a multitude of purposes. Having the correct form readily available is sometimes crucial to making the sale. Within AIMcrm, having access to those forms is a matter of clicking on a drop down list and choosing the form’s title. When communicating with a lead, information can easily be typed into a field on the fly by users who are in a hurry.
Forms can also be created for use on your web site to gather information from your visitors. Make the form on the site, copy the code that is generated and paste it into the code of your site.
