There is no limit to the amount of database fields you can create in our system.  You can capture and store as much information in as many fields as necessary.  Create all the standard HTML field types:

• Input Box
• Multi-Line Text Box
• Drop Down List

Field Validation

To prevent the submission of blank fields or incorrect data AIMcrm has built-in form field validation.  Make your form fields required so the visitor needs to complete that field in order to submit the form.  The system will check to make sure that a zip code is 5 numbers, emails need to be an email address, etc.

You can also create custom validation for any of your fields using regular expressions.

Premium Field Validation

There are also premium validations to insure you have good data in your fields.

• Reverse Telephone Look-up – Check the national database against a Phone Number and retrieve more contact information.
  • Company name (if a commercial phone listing is retrieved)
  • First and last name (if a residential phone listing is retrieved)
  • Complete mailing address
  • Presence on the Direct Marketing Association Do-not-call list
  • Proper telephone number formatting (nnn) nnn-nnnn
• Email Validation – Check to make sure an email address is valid, and is accepting emails.
• Telephone Validation – Check that the phone number entered belongs to the contact.
• Address Validation – Check that the address entered belongs to the contact.
