Every AIMcrm account holder has the option to take advantage of our one-on-one training with an expert during the initial setup phase of the account. The internet advertising and new media marketing experts at AIMcrm are well versed in the latest trends and developments of our industry. This better enables us to provide you with the guidance necessary to maneuver the AIMcrm system and effectively integrate that system into your business process.

At AIMcrm, our #1 goal is to help build the success of your business by offering tools that are powerful yet easily assimilated. It is our goal to empower your sales team, not burden them with menial tasks that inhibit selling.

Once You’ve Decided:

  • After we receive your license agreement, you’ll receive a call from your account manager.
  • After welcoming you aboard, your account manager will arrange a convenient time for an interview to provide us with
    the deeper details about your business process.
  • During this telephone interview, your account manager will ask you to explain what ACMcrm will to do.
  • Your account manager will configure your account to provide the required functionality.
  • During the next meeting, your account manager will explain the system to you. At this point,
    the first round of changes to be made will be outlined.
  • Your account manager will make the changes (we call them tweaks) to the system.
  • When the system is finalized and functions appropriately, administrator training will be scheduled.

Training

There are three levels of training included in the ACMcrm package, which together will equip you with the knowledge necessary to make ACMcrm into the valuable tool it is.

  • Administrator Training – 1-2 hours
  • User Training – 15-30 minutes
  • Marketing Automation Training – 1-2 hours
