With direct delivery, the leads are delivered directly to your client and a charge is made to their account. This will automatically generate the appropriate emails, activate any automations that are configured, post the lead via HTTP Post, and create a new lead within their CRM. Of course it is up to you which of these will happen when you sell a lead, and you can choose any desired combination for your client. Since your client is charged for the lead, they’ll need a mechanism to request refunds, and your AIMcrm system provides this.
The refund request system allows you to configure custom lead rejection reasons, such as "Bad Contact Information." This provides a way for you to generate reports, quantify reasons for the return of leads, and note which vendors are selling the leads to you. Armed with this information, sound business decisions are made simpler, overall customer satisfaction increases, and profitability is significantly improved.
If a client requests a refund, it will appear in your "Moderate Refunds" page. Enabling the refund is as simple as viewing the lead, viewing the reason for rejection, and deciding whether to approve or disapprove it. If you provide a refund, the account balance of the client will be credited automatically and the lead will be removed from their system. If the refund is denied, there will be an opportunity for you to specify the reason for rejection. The client will then be presented with this information.
If leads are made available via "Cherry Picking" for your clients, a preview of the lead is presented before the actual purchase occurs. With AIMcrm, this preview will contain only that information which you specify and nothing more. This typically includes all the pertinent information associated with the lead except for the crucial contact information. These leads are typically more expensive, but enjoy a much higher lead-to-close ratio. While this method of lead selling is usually preferable to the client, most lead aggregators choose the direct delivery method because it allows for the monetization of every lead. An astute pricing model for a cherry picking scenario would take into consideration the lower rate of purchase, and be adjusted accordingly.
