Possible Trigger Conditions

Filters allow you to choose which leads you want to run the action on. Filtering data will run the action sequence only on leads that fall within the parameters of the filters you have selected.

Require/Exclude

Select require to require the parameters of the filter query. Click exclude to exclude the filter parameters of the filter query. For example, if you want to view all the leads between specified dates that are not attributed to a specific campaign , you would include a date range, and exclude a campaign.

Filter Criteria

You can add or remove filter criteria from your refinement query by clicking the Green Plus icon to add, or by clicking the Red X icon.

  Run the sequence based on Status or substatus that has been assigned to the lead

  Run the sequence based advertising campaign that generated the lead.

  • Form

  Run the sequence based on web form the visitor filled out on your website.

  • Client

  Run the sequence based on the client to which you sold leads.

  • Lead Pricing

  Run the sequence based on the Price given to any sold lead.

  • Referring Website

  Run the sequence based on the website that referred the lead to your website.

  • Website

  Run the sequence based on website from which the lead came.

  • Search Engine

  Run the sequence based on search engine the lead used to find your site.

  • Search Phrase
