Automated Actions Triggered by Your Filters

Multiple actions can be added to a single set of trigger conditions to create a sequence of actions. For example, reassign leads, set the status, send notification emails, and put the lead on a drip mail campaign all in the same automation.  You can put delays on you actions to insure they run at a further time than when the trigger conditions were met.

  • Premium actions

    • Reverse Telephone Look-up
    • Choose the user you want to assign the leads to.

    • Verify email address as valid and accepting email
    • Unassign any assigned user.

    • Verify phone numbers with accurate and up-to-date information
    • “Round-robin” between users in the User group that the lead is assigned to.

    • Choose the user group you wish to assign a lead to the next user in line for lead assignment.

    • Assign the lead to the next user in line for lead assignment who belongs to the next user group in line.

  • Reassign the lead to a group

    • The unassigned group
    • Reassigns a lead that belongs to any other group to the unassigned group

    • Within a specific group
    • Reassigns the lead to the chosen group and unassigns any assigned user.

    • Within the next group in the queue
    • Reassigns the lead to the next group in line to recieve leads group and unassigns any assigned user.

  • Send an Email

    • To an email address or to email addresses
    • Specify a single email address or adresses(comma separated) to send an email template.

    • To the lead
    • Send an email template to the selected leads.

    • To the lead’s assigned user
    • Send an Email template to the assigned user of any selected lead.

    • To a specific user
    • Send an email to the chosen user.

    • To everyone in the lead’s assigned group
    • Send an email template to every one who belongs to the assigned group of the selected leads.

    • To everyone in a specified group
    • Send an email to every user who belongs to the group you specify

  • Change the status and/or substatus

  • Set the status and substatus of all selected leads to the status you choose.

  • Create and assign a task

    • Assign the task to a specific user
    • Create a task for the user you choose.

    • Assign the task to the lead’s assigned
    • Assign a task for anyone who is assigned to the selected leads.

    • Assign the task to next in queue within the lead’s assigned group
    • Create a task for the next user in line who belongs to the group assigend to the seleced leads.

    • Assign the task to next in queue within a specific group
    • Assign a task to the next user in line who belongs to the group you choose.

    • Assign the task to next in queue within your organization
  • Deliver to a reseller

    • Deliver the lead to a specific client
    • Sell the selected leads to the client you choose.

    • Deliver the lead to all clients
    • Sell the selected leads to all of your clients.

    • Deliver the lead to all clients within a specific group
    • Sell the selected to leads to all the clients in the client group you choose.

    • Deliver the lead to next client in queue within a specific group
    • Sell the leads to the next client in line to recive leads who belong in the client group you choose.

    • Deliver the lead to next client in queue within your organization
  • Post the lead to an external form

  • Post all of the selected leads via http post to the selected form handler.

  • Add a product to the lead opportunity

  • Assign a product to the lead opportunity value of all the selected leads.

  • Reset the last activity timestamp to turn the lead attention meter to green

  • Sets the selected to a green lead attention meter status and resets the activity timestamp.

  • Modify Lead information associated with lead

  • Change the information within any of your fields to a specified value.

  • Add a campaign response to the lead

  • Add a chosen advertising campaign to all the selected leads.

  • Credit the lead to an affiliate

  • Associate all the selected leads to a chosen afilliate

  • Permanently and irrevocably delete this lead from your system

  • This will remove all of the selected leads from your system with no hope of recovery.
