Delegate Leads

Automatically delegate your incoming leads to users in different ways:

  • Assign the lead to a specific user
  • Set the lead to ‘unassigned’
  • Assign the lead to the next user in queue within the lead’s assigned group
  • Assign the lead to the next user in queue within a specific group
  • Assign the lead to the next logged in user in queue within a specific group
  • Assign the lead to the next user in queue within the next group on the group queue
  • Assign the lead to the next user in queue within your organization

There are a myriad of different conditions and ways to delegate your leads.  Perhaps you have agencies in different states.  You can group your users by state, and then have an automation round-robin leads to all the users in a specific group based on the state that the lead in the lead information.

You may have a user working only specific campaigns.  Have the leads go to that specific user based on the campaign that drove the lead.

If you have representatives working leads in specific areas, you can delegate leads to specific users based on the radial distance from a postal code.

Prevent leads from sitting in a users’ queue unattended.  Round-robin leads to only logged in users.
