Each user can customize the view of their own Lead List by choosing what fields of information they want to see.
The Lead List is filterable in so many different ways. It’s one of the best aspects of AIMcrm. Purposefully developed and designed with usability and customizability in mind, the ways in which the lead list can be filtered (and cross filtered) are nearly limitless.
Start by filtering the list to display only leads that have entered the system between certain dates.
Next, filter the list to display only leads that hold to a certain status and substatus within that status.
Next, try adding a filter that will display just leads belonging to a certain group or user.
As if that weren’t powerful enough, it’s possible to add several more advanced filters to the list.
Since the main feature of AIMcrm is the ability to collect and store custom data by creating fields, this results in several benefits that are not immediately apparent. If the ability to create a custom field (to collect data unique to your business model) exists, then by virtue of that, you also have the ability to search the data in those fields and filter lists according to data in those fields. This is invaluable to most of our clients. This is the key to AIMcrm’s appeal: our "customizability." When it’s possible to filter a list to the extent that nothing appears, you know you have an application that provides the ability to view only the leads you need to view. This means getting work done faster and having a massive amount of data not only accessible, but right at your fingertips It goes without saying that using just one filter to refine your list is possible. But what fun would that be?
