The advanced lead management system which handles your incoming leads will automatically recognize whether a feedback form has been submitted more than once by the same visitor.
For leads that are not submitted by web form, there is built-in lead de-duplication. You can specify up to three fields for the de-duplication process to check against upon import or any other capture method. Each lead will be scrubbed against the rest of your data. If all the fields you have specified is an exact match, then the system will handle the duplicates in one of three ways:
