HTTP Post

HTTP post is the most common way to transfer data across the internet.  AIMcrm makes it easy for you to set up a post from your current web forms, or from your lead vendors.  Transfer encrypted data in name/value pairs to our secure server.

Web Form Submission

Set up dynamically generated forms for your website that posts lead data to your CRM system.  AIMcrm Generates a simple string of Javascript code to post on your website that dynamically builds a form for your webpage when the page loads.  When the information gets submitted, it goes across a secure connection and instantly appears in your CRM system.

Lead Import

If you have leads in a spreadsheet, they can be easily imported to the database by simply pasting your lead information into an AIMcrm import template CSV file. Upload that to the system and AIMcrm will do the rest.

Email Parsing

If you purchase leads or have leads delivered to you by email, AIMcrm can capture the lead data from emails.  The system can log in to a POP3 mail account and parse the lead data from the emails delivered to that box.  Once the data is parsed,  it will post directly to AIMcrm in an instant.
