Control Group Permissions

The same permission can be granted to every member of a certain group. When a permission is enabled for an entire group, it trickles down to the user level. The permissions for an entire group can be allowed or disallowed by the Administrator.

Control User Permissions

The ability to perform a function is controlled independently within each user’s profile. This means that while a user in one group may have permission to view all unassigned leads, the same permission can be withheld from another user in that group.
