AIMcrm simplifies each user’s interface according to their responsibilities. If it’s is not a vital function for that user, that visual element can simply be removed. User permissions are handled on an individual basis; it’s possible to fine tune what information each user can view or change within the database. By making granular adjustments to the permissions of each user, sensitive data remains safe from "accidental" changes.

Control Organizational Permissions

Permissions can be adjusted uniformly for an entire organization. They automatically trickle downward to the Group and User level. However, those permissions can be adjusted individually at the Group or User level as well. Though each user’s access can be restricted on an extremely granular level, when your goal is to quickly adjust by Group or Organization, this an option as well. No time is wasted by having to change each user’s permissions on an individual basis.

Control Group Permissions

The same permission can be granted to every member of a certain group. When a permission is enabled for an entire group, it (trickles) down to the user level. The permissions for an entire group can be allowed or disallowed by the Administrator with one click.

Control User Permissions

The ability to perform a function is controlled independently within each user’s profile. This means that while a user in one group may have permission to view all unassigned leads, the same permission can be withheld from another user in that group.
