			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div id="post_message_177">To improve the reliability and performance of the AIMpromote database we have migrated from the non-transactional <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MyISAM" target="_blank">MyISAM</a> storage engine to the more reliable <a href="http://www.innodb.com/" target="_blank">InnoDB</a> database storage engine. There have been some brief periods of unavailability during the migration process, and we expect that there will be a few more minutes of unexpected downtime over the next week or two.</p>
<p>There are significant advantages to using the InnoDB storage engine, which is why we have partnered with InnoBase to bring this to production. AIMpromote clients should already be experiencing a significant improvement in speed (up to 50% decrease in page load). Also, from a reliability standpoint, we are able to offer a platform that has unparalleled data consistency.</p>

This update allows an import of up to 2,000 leads at one time. You no longer have to wait for all the leads to complete importing to browse away from the import page. You can go about your work while all the leads are importing to the system. The leads quickly queue up in your system and are added over time. 2,000 leads takes approximately 20 minutes total to be imported.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div id="post_message_174">We have recently made great improvements to the support case management system. You can now track both inbound and outbound cases more effectively.</p>
<p>Inbound cases are for those who have CRM clients under their account. These inbound cases are created by the users in your child accounts for you. Your outbound cases are the ones that your organization submits to us. You can view your inbound cases by going to the account tab and clicking on &#8216;Cases&#8217;.</p>
<p>Furthermore, you can track the progress of your outbound cases under the &#8216;Help&#8217; tab by clicking on &#8216;My Support Cases&#8217;. When you send a support case to us, or your clients submit a case to you, a response to the issue can be made directly by editing the case and entering in notes, updating the status, etc. When you respond to the case an email notification will get sent to the person who submitted it saying that the case has been updated and vice versa.</p>
<p>We are still looking for ways to improve the support case system, so your valuable feedback is  greatly appreciated.</p>

Simply go to the account tab, and click on My Account Profile. There is a field underneath the Account Name that is labeled “Allow Login From IPs”. If this field is blank, access will be granted from any IP. Specify IP address(es) from which users may log in. Separate IPs with a comma to add multiple IP addresses.</p>
<p>The ability to allow only specified IP addresses increases your security level and permits unauthorized access from other locations. This can be beneficial if you do not want users to log in from home or another location and pick all the leads for themselves, or view data outside of the office.</p>

These new features allow for files to be uploaded to the AIMpromote system, acting as a central repository for your important business documents. You never need to wonder where the most recent copy of a file has been saved, or if you are editing the most recent copy, because now your entire workplace can share a single file location.</p>
<p>In addition to that, you can now attach files specifically to every contact in your system. Need to view the quote you gave to a prospect last May? Just open up the contact, and click to view the quote that was attached to that lead.</p>
<p>These files can also be sent as email attachments. Whether you are sending your emails manually through the lead detail page, or using the powerful marketing automation functionality within AIMpromote, you can choose to attach a specific file to any email.</p>
<p>Lastly, the lead importing system has been augmented to allow the automatic attachment of files to leads upon import. Simply ZIP all your files into a single archive along with the AIMpromote import template and the system will create your leads and automatically attach any number of files to each lead.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div id="post_message_147">All current users of AIMpromote have probably noticed the updates and feature improvements that have been implemented over the last week. These updates provide significant improvements in marketing automation features, and user interface changes throughout the site.</p>
<p>The Marketing Automation improvements have added the standard data mining from the Basic Refinement and Advanced Refinement interfaces to the conditions upon which the automations will be triggered. This provides a familiar interface, as well as more flexibility.</p>
<p>The system now also supports that ability to recheck and rerun triggers. This is especially useful for those leads that are neglected and need to be reassigned or an email message needs to be sent to the leads assigned salesperson. With this functionality, the lead will continually be passed along until it is properly attended to.</p>
<p>Emails may now be sent automatically from the system with the prospect&#8217;s assigned salesperson in the &#8216;From&#8217; field of the outgoing mail. This is a step forward in sales force automation, and allows the system to send emails that appear totally custom, and never &#8216;canned&#8217;.</p>
<p>When sending out emails using the email templating system, the newsletter functionality, or the marketing automation, the system will now automatically place an opt-out link at the bottom of every email. This will provide a greater level of transparency to the prospect, and will bring AIMpromote clients closer to CAN-SPAM compliance.</p>
<p>Finally, emails may now be previewed in the Email Template list page, without going into the email editing page.</p>
