Return on Advertising Spent

If you spend any money on advertising with the intention of generating leads, then a fundamental ratio to consider when reviewing the efficiency of your advertising is ROAS (Return on Advertising Spent). In the AIMcrm Lead Management system this is calculated by taking the total cost of the advertising campaign and dividing it by the amount of revenue generated from that campaign.

This type of functionality is typically reserved for campaign management software, but we include this feature as an integral part of our lead management system at no extra charge. Revenue is determined by adding your products and/or services into the AIMcrm system and the system automatically calculates the actual revenue that was generated from each lead. This is essentially the lead opportunity value for all leads with a status of Closed – Won. You can pull reports on this at any time with our advanced real-time reporting functions, which include extensive refinement, drill-down, and data-mining capabilities.
