Upgrades to AIMcrm are 100% based upon the requests of our clients. When you ask for functionality, we make it happen. Because our number one goal is to provide excellent customer service (and because our programmers are some of the best in the industry), we can make it happen quickly.
In the event that a request is made that’s vital to the business of our client, but not in keeping with the overall direction of ACMcrm, our developers are happy to configure it for a nominal development fee. If it’s not a functionality that ACMcrm already has, that is to say, if it requires development beyond the current capability of application, there is an additional cost. If your request is a function that ACMcrm already performs and to enable this is a matter of customization, it will not cost extra.
Because we don’t offer differing versions of ACMcrm, all clients receive the full ACMcrm functionality. Additionally, each existing client receives all upgrades to the system at no additional charge.
